Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitors Homes Terms and Conditions

• Under the terms of this contract, Magnus™ Monitors Homes entitles the account holder to complimentary use of one Magnus™ Monitors unit and the Magnus™ Monitors app. 
   
• Magnus™ Monitors Homes is applicable to a standard, domestic oil tank no greater than 3,000 litres in capacity (larger tanks fall into a commercial category and are priced on application).  
   
• Under the terms of this contract you agree to buy your heating oil exclusively from Glen Fuels for a Minimum Term of 36 months. 
   
• Under the terms of the Glen Fuels Magnus™ Homes contract you receive complimentary use of the Magnus™ Monitors unit for the Minimum Term. It remains the property of Glen Fuels. If you do not purchase the Magnus™ Monitors unit from Glen Fuels during or after the Minimum Term, Glen Fuels reserves the right to remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit and/or cancel the service in the event of failed direct debits or if you cancel or breach this agreement. 
   
• Installation of the Magnus™ Monitors unit onto a plastic (bunded or single skin) tank, stored under normal tank storage conditions, is charged at €30.00. Installation of Magnus™ Monitors unit onto a steel tank is subject to a site survey and is priced on application. All installation fees must be paid prior to installation. 
   
• The license fee is paid annually by direct debit. When we have received the first annual license fee payment, we will schedule installation of the Magnus™ Monitors unit and activation of the Magnus™ Monitors Homes. You will receive an email renewal notice 30 days before the license fee is due. After the initial cooling-off period of 30 days, we do not offer a refund on the license fee. The license fee syncs the Magnus™ Monitors unit with the app, it enables Glen Fuels remote tank monitoring, and it facilitates priority oil deliveries. We reserve the right to charge a €20.00 administration fee in the event of a default of a direct debit payment or to cancel the entire service. 
   
• You are required to buy your heating oil exclusively from Glen Fuels for the duration of the 36 months Minimum Term. If you continue to use this service while buying from another oil supplier, we will cancel this service and remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit from your tank. Alternatively, you can buy the Magnus™ Monitors unit from us and buy heating oil from another supplier. 
   
• You receive complimentary use of the Magnus™ Monitors unit for the Minimum Term. It remains the property of Glen Fuels. If you do not purchase the Magnus™ Monitors unit from Glen Fuels during or after the Minimum Term, Glen Fuels reserves the right to remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit and/or cancel the service in the event of failed direct debits or if you cancel the Budget Plan.
   
• Magnus™ Monitors unit installation and functionality is subject to network coverage / data signal availability at the installation location. The service is contingent on the reliability of the data service provider in that geographical location at any given time. Glen Fuels and Magnus™ Monitors are not the data service providers.
   
• You, or a third party, must not damage the device, interfere with or cause obstruction to the Magnus™ Monitors unit as the you will be liable for full replacement and/or repair costs. If an engineer is required to visit the property after installation, Glen Fuels call-out rates will apply. 
   
• If the Magnus™ Monitors unit becomes defective during the Minimum Term, Glen Fuels will repair/replace the Magnus™ Monitors unit at no cost to you.
   
• In the event of a technical issue, please contact your local Glen Fuels depot.
   
• If you are moving house, you must notify Glen Fuels immediately so that the Magnus™ Monitors unit can be removed from the property.
   
• Magnus™ Monitors Homes, we require 30 days’ written notice from you at any time during the Minimum Term contract. Failure to operate within the Terms and Conditions will result in deactivation and/or removal of the Magnus™ Monitors unit. At the end of the Minimum Term, this service will automatically roll over into another Minimum Term contract. To stop the direct debits rolling into another Minimum Term contract, we require 30 days' written notice from you. Our email address is monitoring@glenfuels.com.

I/We have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.

I/We agree that Glen Fuels reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.

I/We confirm that the information given on this application form and direct debit mandate is true and correct.

I/We agree and understand that Glen Fuel Services Ltd. is not obliged to accept this application nor to give any reason for refusing the same, nor to enter into any correspondence in regard thereto.
