Glen Fuels Magnus™ Business T&Cs

Contract Duration:

• Minimum Term 36 months during which you will buy exclusively from Glen Fuels. 

Magnus™ Monitors Unit Installation:

• E.A.C. >10,000 litres: free installation onto a plastic tank.
• E.A.C. <10,000 litres: plastic tank installation is priced on application.
• Installation onto steel and plastic tanks for all customers is priced on application.

Annual License Fee:

• E.A.C. >10,000 litres: exempt.
• E.A.C. <10,000 litres: priced on application.
  Following a site inspection, you will be issued with a service quotation/invoice detailing this fee, which is paid once a year for the Minimum Term.
  You will receive an email renewal notice 30 days before the annual license fee is due.

Late/Non-Payment:

• When payment, for all fees due, has been received, we will schedule installation of the Magnus™ Monitors unit.
• We reserve the right to charge a €20.00 fee in the event of a returned direct debit payment, which will be collected at the next payment.
• We reserve the right to switch off the Magnus™ Monitors unit and/or remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit from your tank.

Device Ownership:

The Magnus™ Monitors unit remains the property of Glen Fuels unless you purchase the Magnus™ Monitors unit from Glen Fuels before, during or after the Minimum Term.

Glen Fuels reserves the right to remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit and/or cancel the service in the event of a returned direct debit or if you breach or cancel the Magnus™ Monitors Business contract. 

• E.A.C. >10,000 litres: complimentary use of the Magnus™ Monitors unit for the duration of the Minimum Term.
• E.A.C. <10,000 litres: complimentary use of the Magnus™ Monitors unit for the duration of the Minimum Term.

Data Signal:

• Magnus™ Monitors unit installation is subject to network coverage availability at the installation location.
• Magnus™ Monitors Business is contingent on the reliability of the data service provider in that geographical location at any given time. Glen Fuels and Magnus™ Monitors are not the data service providers. 

Damage to Device:

• You, or a third party, must not interfere with or cause obstruction to the Magnus™ Monitors unit as you will be liable for full replacement and/or repair costs. If an engineer is required to visit your property after installation, our call-out rates will apply.
• If the Magnus™ Monitors unit becomes defective during the Minimum Term, we will repair/replace the Magnus™ Monitors unit at no cost to you.

Technical Support:

• In the event of a technical issue with the Magnus™ Monitor or App, please contact your local Glen Fuels depot. 

Moving:

• If you are moving, you must notify Glen Fuels immediately so that we can remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit. 

Cancellation: 

• To cancel, we require 30 days’ written notice from you at any time during the Minimum Term contract.
• At the end of the Minimum Term, the Magnus™ Monitors Business service will automatically roll over into another Minimum Term contract. To stop the direct debits rolling into another Minimum Term contract, we require 30 days' written notice from you. Our email address is monitoring@glenfuels.com. 
• After the initial cooling-off period of 30 days, we do not offer a refund on the Annual License Fee.
