DANCING THEIR WAY TO HEALTH AND HAPPINESS!

Bernard O'Shea was recently knocked out of RTE's Strictly competition. This week he has said it was the best thing he's ever done and he's opened up to say the weight and injuries he had been carrying, had ground down his self confidence. Thanking his dance partner, Valeria, for helping him with his posture, he told The Ryan Tubridy Show, he recommends dancing to anyone who wants to get in shape and gain confidence.

Earlier this year, Rockeration Transformation was launched - a six week programme to get people fit with weekly weigh-ins, walks and motivational talks at The Bunker Bar Gorey. A group also signed up for the ultimate competition - a Strictly Dancing fundraiser.
