Virgin Media's Project Lightning Network Expansion in Ireland has now reached 900,000 customers.

This achievement was marked by a talk on the importance of every business having an online presence, In attendance was Minister for Communications, Climate Change and the Environment, Denis Naughten TD, CEO of Virgin Media, Tony Hanway, the Cathaoirleach and members of Arklow Municipal District.

There was a panel discussion hosted by Paul Farrell (VP Commercial Virgin Media) later which consisted of local business owners etc doing a Q&A session with Paul highlighting all the positives of doing business within the Arklow community.

Also in attendance was Glen Fuels Arklow depot manager, Gary McKenzie, who was interviewed by TV3. Keep an eye out for him throughout the day! More to come..
