National Women's Enterprise Day:

Co-ordinated by the Local Enterprise Offices, National Women’s Enterprise Day aims to inspire, motivate and support women across throughout Ireland in running and growing their own business. With 16 events taking place around the country, the theme of the event this year is “From Local To Global” aimed at inspiring the next generation of female business leaders to take their local ideas and make them a global success.

Wicklow Venue:

Powerscourt Gardens, voted 3rd in National Geographic’s list of top 10 gardens in the world, which attracts visitors from across the globe is the ideal venue for the National Women’s Enterprise Day 2018, in Wicklow.

Global Guestspeaker:

Guestspeaker Sarah Slazenger, Managing Director of Powerscourt Estate, will give an inspirational talk ahead of an opportunity for networking over afternoon tea in the Garden Room. Aisling Hurley, of The Business Fairy Digital Marketing Agency, will also be speaking on how to embark on a journey from local to global opportunities and how to connect with international markets.
