Growing a Beard for Men's Mental Health

Congratulations to all the Beard Growers out there! You've officially hit the halfway mark on your November odyssey. 

As you emerge from the itchy phase, you're hopefully starting to enjoy the different man looking back at you in the mirror. 

At this point, you will probably start shaving a neckline to give your new facial hair some sharp shape.
