"Step it Out" this May Bank Holiday.

Our Gorey and Arklow area sales representative, Larry O'Brien, is assistant treasurer of St. Patricks GAA Club. 

The Club is holding a walkathon on the May bank holiday weekend with part of the proceeds going towards North Wexford Hospice.

• When: Sunday May 2nd and Monday May 3rd
• Where: The walking track on the Club grounds (or another location/s if required). In keeping with Covid rules, the Club has been separated into 24 groups. Each group has a leader and will walk for 60 minutes on the Sunday or Monday.

Update on St. Pats Gaa Club

The training pitch will be drained in 2021. A Sports Capital grant will pay for 70% of this work, with the Club raising 30%. An outlet for 250 children and 65 adults, Covid has greatly restricted the Club's ability to raise funds for essential maintenance and development work. 

About North Wexford Hospice

Since 1991 a specialist palliative care nurses have volunteered palliative care of patients in the home and the community throughout County Wexford, 365 days per year. The service is funded through voluntary donations from organisations and individuals throughout the county. It is also supported by an annual subvention from the HSE.
