Late last year New Ross depot manager, Tom Hipwell had a health MOT. With one exception, Tom was given a clean bill of health. Like so many Irish people he was carrying extra weight and at 37 inches his waistline was putting him at risk of developing heart disease and diabetes. With a wife and two young daughters, Tom decided to take action. He signed himself up for Operation Transformation. Tom would follow Chris McElligott's nutrition plan and follow his own workout plan.
