Glen Fuels Home and Car Bundle - Terms and Conditions

Home and Car Bundle rolls Budget Plan, plus free Magnus™ Monitors and free Glen Fuel Card into one money-saving package.

Glen Fuels Budget Plan

• Applications are subject to approval by the Glen Fuels accounts department.
   
• First order of €500 or 500 litres is required. If ordering 500 litres, the order must be paid for in full. 
   
• Direct Debit of minimum €120 is called on the 5th or 20th of each month, based strictly on an annual average usage of 1,300 litres.
  The recommended monthly direct debit amount is calculated by the credit control department on receipt of application.
   
• All deliveries are capped at 500L. If you wish to order a higher value, you are required to (a) have sufficient credit on account, (b) pay the difference when placing the order, or (c) increase the Direct Debit if there are enough months left in the Budget Plan year.
   
• The price you pay is the list price quoted on the day of delivery.
   
• Budget Plan customers are required to buy their heating oil from Glen Fuels.
   
• The Budget Plan fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th. You are required to balance your account by June 30th each year. The Budget Plan will roll into the next year if you do not cancel before June 1st each year. You may join the Budget Plan at any stage. The monthly direct debit will be calculated pro-rata. This means the amount you sign up to when completing the application form may be subject to change at the recommendation of our accounts department.
   
• A returned Direct Debit will be notified to you by email and you will be required to phone our office with a credit/debit card payment. Glen Fuels reserves the right to apply a €20 admin fee for failed direct debits, which will be collected at the next payment date.
   
• You have the right to cancel your SEPA Direct Debit at any time by writing to Glen Fuel Services Ltd. and informing your bank, building society, or credit union in good time. Your Glen Fuels account must be returned to a €0 balance. 

Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitors System

• The Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitors System is contingent on you operating the Budget Plan within its terms for the Minimum Term of 36 months from the date of Monitor installation, which will take place after the first Budget Plan direct debit payment has been received. 
   
• Installation Fee
  Magnus™ Monitors is installed professionally by Glen Fuels. There is no fee for installation onto bunded or single skin plastic tanks (€30 saving). Installation onto steel tanks is priced on application. 
   
• License Fee
  There is no charge for the License Fee during the Minimum Term (€60 per year saving). The License Fee is required to sync Magnus™ Monitors unit and app which in turn enables Glen Fuels remote tank monitoring and priority deliveries. 
   
• Magnus™ Monitors app
  There is no charge for the Magnus™ Monitors app. 
   
• Data Signal
  Magnus™ Monitors unit installation is subject to network coverage availability at the installation location. The Service is contingent on the reliability of the data service provider in that geographical location at any given time. Glen Fuels and Magnus™ Monitors are not the data service providers.
   
• Device Ownership
  You have complimentary use of the Magnus™ Monitors unit (€185 saving) for the duration of the Minimum Term. Unless you buy the Magnus™ Monitors unit outright, it remains the property of Glen Fuels. If you do not purchase the Magnus™ Monitors unit from Glen Fuels during or after the Minimum Term, Glen Fuels reserves the right to remove the Magnus™ Monitors unit and/or cancel the Service in the event of failed direct debits or if you cancel the Budget Plan. 
   
• Damage to Device
  You, or a third party, must not interfere with or cause obstruction to the Magnus™ Monitors unit as the you will be liable for full replacement and/or repair costs. If an engineer is required to visit the property after installation, Glen Fuels call-out rates will apply. If the Magnus™ Monitors unit becomes defective during the Minimum Term, Glen Fuels will repair/replace the Magnus™ Monitors unit at no cost to you.
   
• Technical Support
  In the event of a technical issue, please contact your local Glen Fuels depot.
   
• Moving House
  If you are moving house, you must notify Glen Fuels immediately so that the Magnus™ Monitors unit can be removed from the property.

Glen Fuel Card 

• Discounts
  - 4 cent per litre off unleaded and diesel at pump price at Glen Fuels and Circle K nationwide 
  (prices/discounts are based on the pump price ruling on the day at individual sites)
  - Collect Play or Park points at all Circle K 

• Additional Discounts
  At Circle K Company Owned sites only, not valid at Circle K Express:
  - 10 cent per litre off AdBlue at the pump
  - Up to 30% off carwash
  - 10% off packaged AdBlue and lubricants
  Customer must confirm this is a participating Circle K Site prior to purchase

• Spend Allowance
  There is no minimum spend and the maximum weekly spend is €200 from midnight Thursday/Friday. 

• Payment
  Payment is by weekly direct debit at midnight Thursday/Friday.

• Security Deposit
  Budget Plan customers are exempt from paying the security deposit (€160 saving) for the complimentary Glen Fuel Card. 

• Card Allocation
  The Budget Plan account is allocated a maximum of one complimentary Glen Fuel Card, which will be issued after the first Budget Plan direct debit payment has been received. 

• Use and Authorisation
  Use of the Card is restricted to the account holder and authorised user and remains valid until the date of expiry stated on the Card prior cancellation. The account holder and authorised user must either sign their name or enter their vehicle registration number (not both) onto the panel on the reverse of the Card. Signature of and/or use of a Card by the account holder or authorised user constitutes application of these terms and conditions to the transaction thereby effected and the account holder's agreement to pay Glen Fuels for any products (petrol, diesel, AdBlue pump, AdBlue packaged, lubricants packaged, carwash) supplied to the account holder or authorised user by Circle K and Glen Fuels sites within the Republic of Ireland.

• Cancellation
  To cancel the Glen Fuel Card requires 7 days written notice. You must also notify the bank, in writing. You will be required to pay any outstanding debit balance on the account.
