1. Fees -
There is no fee for installation of Magnus™ Monitor onto a plastic tank (steel tank installation is subject to installation fee subject to site visit).
Automatic Top Up customers are exempt from paying the License Fee.
There is no fee to sync the Monitor with (a) Magnus™ Monitor App and (b) Glen Fuels dashboard.
There is no fee for the Magnus™ Monitor App.
2. Device Ownership* -
Unless you buy the Monitor outright, it remains the property of Glen Fuels. You are given usage of the Monitor for the purpose of the Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitoring Service. We reserve the right to remove the Monitor and/or cancel the Service in the event of non payment.
3. Data Signal -
Monitor installation is subject to network coverage availability at the installation location. The Service is contingent on the reliability of the data service provider in that geographical location at any given time. Glen Fuels and Magnus™ Monitors are not the data service providers.
4. Fuel Supply -
Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitoring Service is contingent on you operating your account within its terms. When the Monitor indicates that your oil level is low, we will arrange delivery as agreed with you. Automatic Top Up customers that are using the Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitoring Service are required to buy their heating oil from Glen Fuels.
5. Damage to Device -
(a) You, or a third party, must not interfere with or cause obstruction to the Monitor as you will be liable for full replacement and/or repair costs. If an engineer is required to visit your property after installation, our call-out rates will apply.
(b) If the Monitor becomes defective during the Minimum Term, we will repair/replace the Monitor at no cost to you.
6. Technical Support -
In the event of a technical issue with the Monitor or Magnus™ App, please contact your local Glen Fuels depot.
7. Responsibilities -
(a) If you no longer wish to avail of the Glen Fuels Magnus™ Monitoring Service please notify us immediately so that we can remove the Monitor.
8. Cancellation -
To cancel the Service, Glen Fuels requires 30 days’ written notice from you (sales@glenfuels.com).
9. Data Protection -
Glen Fuel Services Ltd and Magnus™ Monitor respect your right to privacy. Both parties are fully GDPR compliant. Visit: www.glenfuels.ie/privacy/.
10. Registration -
This offer is strictly for existing Glen Fuels Automatic Top-Up customers and is valid until 31/01/2022.
Agreement -
I/We have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
I/We agree that Glen Fuels reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and will notify us in writing of any changes.
I/We confirm that the information given on this application form and direct debit mandate is true and correct.
I/We agree and understand that Glen Fuel Services Ltd. is not obliged to accept this application nor to give any reason for refusing the same, nor to enter into any correspondence in regard thereto.
