When you agree to the addendum terms and conditions laid out on this page, you agree to upgrade from Glen Fuels Budget Plan to Glen Fuels Home and Car Bundle. In doing so, you will continue to adhere to the existing Budget Plan with Magnus™ Homes terms and conditions, and you will continue to receive these two services. 

• Discounts

  • 4 cent per litre off unleaded and diesel pump prices at Glen Fuels and Circle K nationwide 
    (prices/discounts are based on the pump price ruling on the day at individual sites)

  • Collect Play or Park points at all Circle K 

  • At Circle K Company Owned sites only, not valid at Circle K Express:
    • 10 cent per litre off AdBlue at the pump
    • Up to 30% off carwash
    • 10% off packaged AdBlue and lubricants
      Customer must confirm this is a participating Circle K Site prior to purchase

• Spend Allowance
  There is no minimum spend and the maximum weekly spend is €200 from midnight Thursday night. 

• Payment
  Payment is by weekly direct debit at midnight every Thursday. If you do not spend any money on the Glen Fuel Card during the fuel card week (Friday to Thursday), no money will be debited from your account. The payment for the fuel card spend will be debited from the bank account linked to your monthly heating oil direct debit. 

• Security Deposit
  Budget Plan customers upgrading to Home and Car Bundle are exempt from paying the security deposit (€160 saving) for the Glen Fuel Card. 

• Card Allocation
  The Home and Car Bundle account holder is allocated a maximum of one complimentary Glen Fuel Card. 

• Use and Authorisation
  Use of the Card is restricted to the account holder and authorised user and remains valid until the date of expiry stated on the Card prior cancellation. The account holder and authorised user must either sign their name or enter their vehicle registration number (not both) onto the panel on the reverse of the Card. Signature of and/or use of a Card by the account holder or authorised user constitutes application of these terms and conditions to the transaction thereby effected and the account holder's agreement to pay Glen Fuels for any products (petrol, diesel, AdBlue pump, AdBlue packaged, lubricants packaged, carwash) supplied to the account holder or authorised user by Circle K and Glen Fuels sites within the Republic of Ireland.

• Cancellation
  To cancel the Glen Fuel Card requires 7 days written notice. You must also notify the bank, in writing. You will be required to pay any outstanding debit balance on the account. Please contact sales@glenfuels.com

Legal Text: 
By signing this mandate form, you authorise Glen Fuel Services Ltd to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and that your bank debits your account. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Your rights are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank. 

Marketing: 
I/We agree to receive marketing correspondence from Glen Fuels and I/We are fully aware we can unsubscribe at any time. 
Glen Fuels will not sell your data to a third party. 

Agreement - 
I/We have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. I/We agree that Glen Fuels reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. I/We confirm that the information given on this application form and direct debit mandate is true and correct. I/We agree and understand that Glen Fuel Services Ltd. is not obliged to accept this application nor to give any reason for refusing the same, nor to enter into any correspondence in regard thereto.
