Winter Fund
Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order - 200 litres.
Direct Debit Amount - A minimum payment of €20 per month.
Ordering - Winter Fund allows you to draw down from your savings when ordering a top-up. Any shortfall must be paid in advance of delivery.
Pricing - As per the ruling price on the day of delivery. If the monetary amount of oil exceeds the credit level accumulated, the difference must be paid by cash or card in advance with your local depot before the order can be processed.
Returned Direct Debit - If a direct debit is returned, you will be liable for bank charges. If a direct debit is returned twice, Glen Fuels will withdraw this facility from your Glen Fuels account. A returned Direct Debit will be notified to you by email and you will be required to phone our office with a credit/debit card payment. Glen Fuels reserves the right to apply a €20 admin fee for failed direct debits, which will be collected at the next payment date.
Cancellation - You have the right to cancel your SEPA Direct Debit at any time by writing to Glen Fuel Services Ltd. and informing your bank, building society, or credit union in good time.

By signing this mandate form, you authorise Glen Fuel Services Ltd to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and that your bank debits your account. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Your rights are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank.

I/We have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. I/We agree that Glen Fuels reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. I/We confirm that the information given on this application form and direct debit mandate is true and correct. I/We agree and understand that Glen Fuel Services Ltd. is not obliged to accept this application nor to give any reason for refusing the same, nor to enter into any correspondence in regard thereto.
