Arklow 2018 Winners

Arklow has won Town Initiative of the Year at the Bank of Ireland National Enterprise Awards 2018.

The Awards night took place in Kilkenny and Arklow took home the top prize out of 80 towns and villages that demonstrated entrepreneurial skills to boost their respective local economies. This is where business groups and voluntary groups join forces for the benefit of the local community.

Arklow - Working Towards a Better Community

Arklow has lots of positive projects that have been recently approved or which are in the pipeline including the Arklow Parade Ground Development, which will create a community space in the town centre.

It's a timely award that coincided with Small Business Saturday and we encourage everyone to #ShopLocal during the Christmas Countdown and during 2019.
